Blazingstar™
Blazingstar™ ripens 4 days after Redhaven with 90%, blushed, bright red fruit. The fruit is completely freestone and picks cleanly without tearing. It has a small pit and clear, nonbrowning, firm flesh. Blazingstar® has excellent storage characteristics, and is a very good shipping peach. The tree is both bacterial spot and peach canker resistant and is both bud and blossom hardy. At harvest, Blazingstar™ matures quite uniformly and can usually be harvested in 2 pickings.
